Terrible customer service. I was ordering only 2 pizzas and I requested one of the pizzas to be domino cut and the other to be triangle cut. The guy started yelling at me telling me “you are telling me to do this and that. I cannot do it because everything is not in the system”. The guy was literally yelling at me at the top of his lungs. This is insane. I am in the restaurant business and I would have instantly fired my employee on the spot for this type of behavior. I am not the one to be writing bad reviews, but this just had me shook. I will be recommending my family and friends to not give them business if no action is took. I called at 9:23PM 7/27.

Such a phenomenal experience! The owner stayed open longer just for us and was very accommodating! Some of the freshest ingredients I’ve had on pizza, it always hits the spot 💯 we got the Supreme and subbed the olives out with tomatoes and it was so good! I come all the way from Flower Mound just for this pizza it’s that good 🤩

Hands down the best pizza with dairy free cheese!! I love the margherita pizza and adding balsamic vinegar glaze at home! If you want delicious pizza I 10/10 recommend this place!

Texas Pizza Stop in Richardson is easily one of my new favorite spots. Their Chicken Alfredo Mushroom Spinach Pizza is absolutely amazing rich, creamy Alfredo sauce, perfectly seasoned chicken, fresh spinach, and mushrooms cooked just right. Every bite tastes homemade and full of flavor. The girl at Pizza Stop is always welcoming, friendly, and quick to help, she is tremendous. They greet you with a smile and make you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. And the chef deserves a special shout-out. You can tell they take pride in their work the pizza comes out hot, beautifully made, and packed with flavor every single time. The quality and consistency really stand out. If you're in Richardson and craving great pizza with great service, Pizza Stop is definitely worth the stop! 🍕

The smell when you walk into Pizza Stop is honestly enough to make your mouth water. It’s that mix of fresh dough, melted cheese, and garlic that just hits right. The pizza itself lives up to it too—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. Everything feels fresh, not like something sitting under a heat lamp. It’s one of those spots that doesn’t need to brag—they just get it right. Everyone in the car and house kept asking where I got this pizza from because it just smelt and looked SO good. Definitely recommend, don’t miss out!!
